本文从热力工程理论、国际上火力发电设备发展历史与总趋势、国内外目前差距和国家急需更快、更好、更省地发展火电的情况,阐明了发展超临界机组正适应上述要求的理由,因此在展望2000年的中国火力发电设备时,便得出必然要及时、重点地发展超临界机组的结论。文中提出了技术经济可行性分析,应采取的途经、措施、要求和步署意见,并估计由于这一决策的实施,将导致能较好地满足我国2000年时的供电需要,它对总产值翻两番和人民生活水平提高的贡献将是巨大的。
This paper expounds the reasons why developing supercritical units are adapting to the above requirements from the aspects of thermal engineering theory, the history and general trend of thermal power generation equipment in the world, the current gap between home and abroad, and the urgent need of the state to develop thermal power faster, better and more efficiently. Therefore, when looking at China’s thermal power generation equipment in 2000, it came to the conclusion that the supercritical power generation unit must be timely and focused. This paper presents a technical and economic feasibility analysis, the measures to be taken, the requirements and suggestions for action, and estimates that due to the implementation of this decision, it will lead to better meet the power supply needs of our country in 2000, its total output value The contribution of quadrupling people’s living standards will be enormous.
