《高分子化学》课程对于高分子材料类专业的教学非常重要,其效果直接关系到学生后续学习和科研的成果。天津工业大学是以化学纤维和中空纤维膜为研究侧重的院校,《高分子化学》是材料科学与工程专业的基础课,因此这门课一直是我校主要建设课程之一。虽然为提高实践课比例,理论授课时间大幅压缩;但为激发学生学习理论的兴趣,提高课堂教学效果,促进其自主学习,把握重点和难点,我们为学生设计了多种类型的课后作业,从教学内容的理解、理论与实践的结合、教学重点和脉络的把握及知识的综合运用几方面考虑,帮助学生利用有限的时间更好地学习。通过三年实际教学和考察,发现精心设计的课后作业更利于帮助学生提高理论水平,改善学习效果。
“Polymer Chemistry” course for the teaching of polymer materials is very important, its effectiveness is directly related to the students follow-up study and research results. Tianjin Polytechnic University is a university focusing on chemical fibers and hollow fiber membranes. “Polymer Chemistry” is a basic course for materials science and engineering. Therefore, this course has been one of the major courses in our university. Although the theoretical teaching time has been greatly reduced in order to increase the proportion of practical courses, we have designed various types of homework assignments for students to arouse the interest of students’ learning theories, improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, promote their independent study, grasp the key points and difficulties, From the understanding of the teaching content, the combination of theory and practice, teaching emphasis and context control and the comprehensive utilization of knowledge from several aspects to help students use limited time to learn better. After three years of actual teaching and study, I found that well-designed after-school assignments are more conducive to help students improve their theoretical level and improve their learning outcomes.
