利用非线性有限元分析软件MSC.MARC,分析了橡胶件由于大变形引起的几何非线性和接触非线性,建立了气缸盖罩垫的轴对称非线性有限元分析模型。提出了评价气缸盖罩垫密封性能的四个性能指标,即变形量、接触应力、接触反力及接触应力分布;对比分析了I形和T形两款气缸盖罩垫的四个密封性能指标。T形气缸盖罩垫在断面面积更小的情况下,借助线密封可达到更好的密封效果。由于断面形状复杂,T形气缸盖罩垫的加工成本较高。
By using the nonlinear finite element analysis software MSC.MARC, the geometrical nonlinearity and contact nonlinearity of rubber parts due to large deformation are analyzed, and the axial symmetrical nonlinear finite element model of cylinder head gasket is established. Four performance indexes, namely, deformation, contact stress, contact reaction force and contact stress distribution, were put forward to evaluate the sealing performance of cylinder head gasket. The four sealing performance indexes of I- and T-shape cylinder head gasket were compared and analyzed. . T-shaped cylinder head cover pad in the cross-sectional area of smaller cases, with wire sealing can achieve better sealing effect. Due to the complex cross-sectional shape, T-shaped cylinder head cover pad processing costs are higher.
