洛矿所党委在抓好科研工作的同时,又抓了人材的培养。三年来,该所先后举办外语班(包括英、日、德语)6个,参加学习的职工219人次,推荐到外面进修外语的14人次。开设了电视大学单科班和全日班,选送优秀职工进了职工大学。对科技人员根据专业对口和工作需要,举办了电测学习班。还派出23人到沈阳、济南、合肥、厦门、郑州等地学习新技术知识。如电子算机,结构振动,有限元法,概率与统计,弹性断裂等。对“文化大革命”以来毕业的大学生,组织了基础理论课的补课考核。对青年工人,举办了机械制图、公差配合及文化补习班。领导干部及管理人
