为获得海洋石油平台上圆柱障碍物数量和阻塞率对可燃气体爆炸产生的冲击波和温度场影响特性,建立存在不同圆柱障碍物的海洋石油平台模型,采用有限元分析法,研究15种工况下圆柱障碍物对可燃气体爆炸产生冲击波超压峰值和温度峰值的作用规律.在此基础上,采用曲线拟合的方法,获得冲击波超压峰值与障碍物数量、阻塞率的数学关系.研究结果表明,随着圆柱障碍物数量和阻塞率的增加,冲击波超压峰值明显增加,温度峰值增加幅度较小且集中维持在2000~2500 K.
In order to obtain the impact characteristics of the shock wave and the temperature field caused by the explosion of combustible gas on the offshore oil platform with the number of obstructions and the blocking rate, a model of offshore oil platform with different cylindrical obstacles is established. By means of finite element analysis, The effect of cylinder obstacle on the shock wave overpressure peak and temperature peak during the explosion of combustible gas is studied.A curve fitting method is used to obtain the mathematical relationship between the shock wave overpressure peak and the number of obstructions and the obstruction rate.The results show that With the increase of the number of obstructions and obstruction, the peak value of overpressure of shock wave obviously increases, and the increase of temperature peak is small and concentrated at 2000 ~ 2500 K.
