随着社会主义市场经济的不断健全,非公有制经济得到迅速发展,非公有制企业中共青团的建设问题也成为理论研究热点和难点。本文分析了非公有制企业中团建工作面临的新情况、新要求以及团组织自身的职能转变、角色定位等问题,并从实践工作的角度总结了非公有制企业团建工作的几点原则,具有一定的借鉴作用。
