本文报告了19例原发性血小板增多症的临床表现、实验室检查及治疗。报告了3例典型病例。对本病的出血、发病机理、治疗等进行了讨论。
This article reports the clinical manifestations, laboratory tests and treatments of 19 patients with essential thrombocythemia. Three typical cases were reported. The bleeding, pathogenesis, treatment of the disease were discussed.
