建立了一个涡轮增压柴油机动态过程实时仿真的准稳态非线性模型.该模型基于柴油机稳态试验数据建立动态模型,按时间尺度原则,只考虑柴油机状态量的时间平均效应,忽略循环波动,突出实时性.详细描述了柴油机、增压器的热力学及动力学模型.以内燃机车用16V240ZJD柴油机为仿真对象,在MATLAB/SIMULINK环境下进行了动态过程实时仿真,并给出了典型稳态及动态过程的仿真结果.
A quasi-steady-state nonlinear model for real-time simulation of dynamic process of turbocharged diesel engine is established. The model builds a dynamic model based on diesel steady-state test data. According to the time scale principle, only the time-averaged effect of diesel engine state quantity is considered, the cyclic fluctuation is ignored, and the real-time performance is highlighted. Detailed description of the diesel engine, supercharger thermodynamics and kinetic model. Taking 16V240ZJD diesel engine for diesel locomotive as simulation object, dynamic process simulation was carried out under the environment of MATLAB / SIMULINK, and the simulation results of typical steady state and dynamic process were given.
