基层是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础。大庆油田始终强调扎根基层、服务基层、依靠基层,并形成了加强以党支部为核心的基层建设,以岗位责任制为中心的基础工作,以岗位练兵为内容的基本功训练的“三基工作”优良传统。进入新时期,我们注重继承发扬这一传统,坚持把抓基层、打基础作为工作的重中之重,筑牢了企业发展基石。
