SiC-7型高温远红外线加热器,是由我厂技术人员在许多科研单位的大力支持下,研究试验成功的。几年来,经过不断改进,并征求了两百多个不同用户反映的意见,进一步完善了远红外加热技术在不同行业的实际运用,现已推广到全国二十八个省、市、自治区。经过反复的比例配方,改革红外线的涂料工艺,突破了红外线辐射温度800℃的大关,最高温度达到1250℃。近年来,远红外加热技术应用于冶金系统许多方面,如有色冶金矿山选矿的精选干燥、细泥系干燥、稀土的灼烧、机修单位的铸件砂芯炉、木材和马达的干燥、坑口炸药库的防潮设施等。其节电效果在30~55%左右。特别优于其它加热方式的是保温性能好,在目前能源紧张的情况下,是用户的福音。通过使用SiC-7型高温远红外线加热器与电阻丝加热器,对部分有色矿山的钨、钼、铋、钛及稀土等精矿的加热干燥工艺的对比试验,获得了表1中所列参数、表2中所列的经
