目的研究金樱子对链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)和高糖高脂诱导的实验性糖尿病大鼠肝氧化应激的影响。方法用STZ腹腔注射和饲喂高糖高脂诱导法建立SD大鼠糖尿病模型,随机分为糖尿病模型组和金樱子干预组,同时另设正常对照组和金樱子对照组。24周后处死大鼠,取肝组织,用免疫组化方法检测肝脏组织细胞MCP-1、NF-κB二个因子的表达。结果糖尿病模型组MCP-1、NF-κB蛋白的表达与金樱子干预组比较有差异(P<0.05);金樱子对照组与正常对照组比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论金樱子可以下调实验性糖尿病鼠肝MCP-1、NF-κB的表达,增强其抗氧化能力。
Objective To study the effects of Rosa laevigata on liver oxidative stress induced by streptozotocin (STZ) and high glucose and high fat in experimental diabetic rats. Methods Diabetic SD rats were intraperitoneally injected with STZ and fed with high-sugar and high-lipid induction methods. Diabetic model group and Jinzaozi intervention group were randomly divided into two groups: normal control group and Rosa laevigata control group. After 24 weeks, the rats were killed and the liver tissues were taken. The expression of MCP-1 and NF-κB in hepatic tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of MCP-1 and NF-κB protein in diabetic model group was significantly different from that in the Jinzaoli intervention group (P<0.05). There was no difference between the control group and the normal control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Rosa roxburghii can down-regulate the expression of MCP-1 and NF-κB in experimental diabetic rats, and enhance their antioxidant capacity.
