利用问卷调查采集的湖北省武汉市多个地区的207个样本,对流动摊贩的创业困境和对策两方面进行研究。研究结果表明,流动摊贩的创业困境主要来源于个人文化素质低、缺乏资金、缺乏人脉资源及不了解扶持政策等原因。聚焦于流动摊贩的创业道路,调查其创业意愿,着重研究草根阶层的创业困境,为草根阶层寻求一条创业发展道路,同时对于如何促进草根创业分别从政府、社会等多个角度提出了具体、可行的对策。
A total of 207 samples collected from various areas of Wuhan City in Hubei Province were collected from the questionnaire survey. The results show that the predicament of mobile vendors mainly comes from personal cultural quality is low, lack of funds, lack of personal resources and do not understand the reasons for supporting policies. Focusing on the business path of mobile vendors, we investigate the willingness to start their own business, focus on the plight of the grass-roots entrepreneurs and seek a grass-roots entrepreneurial development path, and at the same time how to promote specific grassroots entrepreneurs from various angles, such as government and society, specific and feasible Countermeasures.
