目的:建立蟾酥药材中5-羟色胺的含量测定方法。方法:HPLC法,色谱柱Diamonsil-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),0.05 mol·L~(-1)磷酸二氢钾缓冲液-甲醇94∶6(V/V),p H 3.5为流动相,柱温30℃,流速1.0 m L·min~(-1),检测波长296 nm,测定10批蟾酥药材中5-羟色胺含量。结果:10批样品中均检测出5-羟色胺,其含量在0.3926~50.06 mg·g~(-1)。结论:该方法简便、可靠,可作为蟾酥药材质量控制的方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of serotonin in Toadstool. Methods: The HPLC method was developed on the column Diamonsil-C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), 0.05 mol·L -1 potassium phosphate monobasic buffer-methanol 94:6 (V / V) The mobile phase was eluted at 30 ℃ with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min -1 and a detection wavelength of 296 nm. The content of 5-hydroxytryptamine in 10 batches of Toadstool was determined. Results: Serotonin was detected in 10 batches of samples with the content of 0.3926 ~ 50.06 mg · g ~ (-1). Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable and can be used as a method for quality control of Toad.
