中高层管理者是企业的中坚力量,承担着企业决策、战略执行及基层管理与决策层的管理沟通。如何处理“上面有老,下面有小,中间还有兄弟姐妹”的关系,是对中高层管理者面临着最大的难题。在老板眼里,中高层管理者要成为一个称职的“管家”;在员工心里,中高层管理者要成为一名信得过的上司。因此,要在到位与越位、酬薪与认同、利益与价值等困惑中有所突围。本文就中高层管理者突围作些探析。
The middle and senior managers are the backbone of the company and are responsible for corporate decision-making, strategic execution, and management communication at the grass-roots management and decision-making levels. How to deal with the relationship between “there are old people above and small ones below and brothers and sisters in the middle” is the biggest problem for middle and senior managers. In the eyes of the boss, middle and senior managers must become competent “housekeepers”; in the minds of employees, the middle and senior managers must become trustworthy bosses. Therefore, there must be a breakthrough in the confusion of place and offside, pay and approval, interests and values. This article analyzes the breakout of middle and senior managers.
