Agricultural production, especially food production, is a major issue that relates to people’s livelihood and the process of socialist modernization. This problem is particularly acute in our province as a result of a sharp reduction in food production for three consecutive years. To solve the agriculture problem fundamentally depends on two measures. One is to deepen the reform.
