目的为进一步提高乳腺癌的X线诊断水平。方法总结经手术病理证实的51例女性直径<2cm早期乳腺癌的X线表现。结果51例患者中,30例表现为肿瘤结节,24例出现簇样钙化;12例出现小致密影;7例局部结构紊乱;2例单支导管扩张。结论诊断早期乳腺癌除了重视特征性征象、簇样钙化、毛刺状结节外,还应重视小致密影、局部结构紊乱、单支导管扩张等间接征象。
The purpose is to further improve the diagnostic level of breast cancer X-ray. Methods The pathological findings of 51 cases of women with diameter <2cm X-ray findings of early breast cancer. Results Of the 51 patients, 30 showed tumor nodules, 24 showed cluster-like calcification, 12 showed small dense shadow, 7 had local structural disorders, and 2 had single-vessel dilatation. Conclusion The diagnosis of early breast cancer in addition to pay attention to the characteristic signs, cluster calcification, burr-like nodules, but also should pay attention to small dense shadow, local structural disorders, such as indirect expansion of a single catheter signs.
