目的检测糖尿病患者尿微量白蛋白(MA)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)分析其与糖尿病早期肾损伤的关系。方法用放射免疫法及速率散射比浊法检测分析91例糖尿病患者及68例健康对照者,尿MA、HbAlc检测结果进行统计、分析。结果糖尿病组尿MA、HbAlc检测结果均明显高于健康对照组。HbAlc水平越高,MA阳性率越高,MA浓度水平亦越高。结论对糖尿病患者采取MA与HbAlc联检,可以兼顾糖尿病诊断、血糖监控及糖尿病肾病(DN)筛查监控三方面,可切实保障对早期肾损伤的诊断监控及DN早期防治。
Objective To investigate the relationship between urine microalbumin (MA) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc) in diabetic patients with early renal injury. Methods Radioimmunoassay and rate nephelometry were used to detect and analyze 91 cases of diabetic patients and 68 healthy controls. The results of urine MA and HbAlc were statistically analyzed. Results The results of urine MA and HbAlc in diabetic patients were significantly higher than those in healthy controls. The higher the level of HbAlc, the higher the positive rate of MA and the higher the concentration of MA. Conclusions The combination of MA with HbAlc in diabetic patients can effectively monitor the diagnosis and early prevention and treatment of early renal injury in three aspects: diagnosis of diabetes, monitoring of blood glucose and screening of diabetic nephropathy (DN).
