本研究以郑州大学西亚斯国际学院86名学生管理人员为被试对象,采用访谈和问卷法探讨了高职院校学生管理人员所需要的胜任力,对研究资料进行定性和定量相结合的方式进行处理,结果表明高职院校学生管理人员核心胜任力由6个维度构成:参与能力、原则性与灵活性、职业忠诚度与洞察力、表达与沟通能力、知识结构、组织与创新能力。
In this study, 86 students from Siyas International College in Zhengzhou University were employed as subjects. Interviews and questionnaires were used to explore the competencies needed by students in higher vocational colleges and to combine qualitative and quantitative research methods The results show that the core competencies of student managers in higher vocational colleges are composed of six dimensions: ability of participation, principle and flexibility, career loyalty and insight, expression and communication skills, knowledge structure, organization and innovation ability.
