BIM作为信息化时代的最新产物,其核心是一个数据库,该数据库由计算机通过三维模型而形成,涵盖项目全部建筑信息,且在项目实施过程中对这些信息进行动态调整。BIM和算量软件进行结合,准确调用数据库中相关数据,实现自动化算量,多部门共同分享,进而为施工企业节约成本,增加利润。目前,对使用BIM技术在施工阶段进行成本控制的研究尚在初始阶段,因此应积极推进BIM技术在施工阶段的发展,发挥BIM优势解决成本控制中存在的问题。
BIM as the latest product of the information age, the core is a database formed by the computer through a three-dimensional model, covering all the building project information, and dynamically adjust the information in the project implementation process. BIM and calculation software to combine, accurately call the relevant data in the database, automated calculation, multi-sector sharing, thus saving for construction companies to increase profits. At present, the research on the cost control of BIM technology in the construction phase is still in the initial stage. Therefore, the development of BIM technology in the construction phase should be actively promoted, and the advantages of BIM should be given to solve the problems in cost control.
