通过对近十年来我国中小学教师继续教育培训需求研究成果的梳理和分析发现:我国在教师培训的动力、培训课程需求、培训模式需求、不同类型教师培训需求差异性、教师培训有效性影响因素及培训需求分析等方面的研究取得了一定的成果,但对研究方法、研究对象、研究范围、研究类型等方面的研究还存在着不足。
Through combing and analyzing the research results of primary and secondary school teachers ’continuing education and training needs in the past ten years, it is found that: the motivation of our teachers, the demand of training courses, the demand of training modes, the differences of different types of teachers’ training needs and the factors affecting the effectiveness of teacher training And training needs analysis have made some achievements, but there are still some shortcomings in the research methods, research objects, research scope, types of research.
