一是坚持职业道德教育。税务机关要认真学习好、实践好“三个代表”的重要思想,始终保持先进性和革命性,坚持真理。自觉遵守公民道德建设实施纲要和税务职业道德建设,不断增强税务干部税收事业心和责任感。引导税务干部坚持聚财为国、执法为民的思想,经常开展警示教育,警钟长鸣,按照为民、务实、清廉的要求,切实改进作风,增强创新意识、实干意识、为民意识、全局意识和廉洁意识。进一步从源头上防治以税谋私、以权谋私,真正筑起税务腐败的政治防线和思想道德防线。
