患者,女,36岁。发现左腹部肿块1年,逐渐增大,隐痛2个月。查体:左中下腹扪及一拳头大小肿块,轻度压痛,质地中等,表面光滑,活动度差,移动性浊音阴性。实验室检查:WBC4.7×109/L,中性分叶62％。钡灌肠报告:直肠、结肠未见异常。CT诊断:左中下腹肿块,考虑肠系膜淋巴瘤。B超检查:左中下腹见以实质为主混合性包块,大小约13.2cm×9.8cm,包块内部回声强弱不 ,可见网状样的低回声或无回声区,呈蜂窝状结构(图1),肝、胆、胰、脾、双肾声像图正常,且与包块无关。超声诊断:左中下腹混合性包块,性质待定。
Patient, female, 36 years old. The left abdomen was found for 1 year, gradually increasing, with pain for 2 months. Physical examination: left middle and lower abdominal hernia and a fist mass, mild tenderness, medium texture, smooth surface, poor mobility, and negative mobile voiced sound. Laboratory examination: WBC 4.7×109/L, neutral 62%. Barium enema report: rectum, colon no exception. CT diagnosis: left middle and lower abdominal mass, consider mesenteric lymphoma. B-ultrasonic examination: The left middle and lower abdomen was mainly composed of masses of about 13.2cm x 9.8cm. The internal echo of the mass was not strong. A low-echo or echo-free zone was seen in the form of a mesh. Figure 1) Liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, and double kidney sonograms are normal, and have nothing to do with mass. Ultrasonography: mixed masses in the left and right lower abdomen, nature to be determined.
