网络舆情是由于各种事件的刺激而产生的通过互联网传播的人们对于该事件的所有认知、态度、情感和行为倾向的总和。作为社会舆情的主要载体之一,反映了人们的思绪、态度,由于网络的虚拟开放平台,其形态更复杂,可控性差,为管控带来了新的挑战。近年来,随着新媒体的迅速发展,事情的发展或决策的推进已经很难避免舆情所转化出来的巨大压力。必须高度重视网络舆情,建立监控机制,形成健康的网络环境,把握正确的舆情方向,推进社会健康良性发展。
Internet public opinion is the sum of all the cognitive, attitudinal, emotional, and behavioral tendencies of people who spread through the Internet due to the stimulation of various events. As one of the main carriers of social public opinion, it reflects the people’s thoughts and attitudes. Due to the virtual open platform of the network, its shape is more complex and its controllability is poor, which brings new challenges to control. In recent years, with the rapid development of new media, it is hard to avoid the tremendous pressure that public opinion has transformed from the development of things or the advancement of decision-making. We must attach great importance to public opinion on the Internet, establish a monitoring mechanism, establish a healthy network environment, grasp the correct direction of public opinions and promote sound and healthy social development.
