中国资本市场经过艰难、曲折、复杂的发展,现已形成包括股票市扬、期货市场、债券市场、基金市场等在内的资本市场。今年6月底出现的银行“钱荒”导致出现股市连续暴跌、货币基金遭遇赎回困难、银行之间借款形似高利贷、理财产品的蜂拥抢钱等现象,市场似乎真的很差钱。银行资金短期错配带来资本市场的恐慌,引起了企业界和专家、学者的关注。
After a difficult, tortuous and complex development, China’s capital market has now formed a capital market that includes stock market, futures market, bond market and fund market. The emergence of banks by the end of June this year led to a series of phenomena such as a continuous stock market crash, the difficulty of redemption of the IMF, the fraudulent use of wealth management products by borrowings from banks, and the market seems really bad money. Short-term bank mismatches brought panic in the capital market, aroused the concern of the business community and experts and scholars.
