采用克旱8号、克涝2号、克76—686三个品种,相互杂交配制六个组合,用双回交试验设计,对八个主要农艺性状进行了调查分析,结果表明:各世代的群体平均数、狭义遗传力、基因效应,是随亲本组合不同而有较大变化。狭义遗传力结果与前人研究相似。加性效应显著的性状有株高、主穗粒数、千粒重和株穗数。株穗数和千粒重是随亲本组合变化而异。遗传力高的性状加性效应也显著。显性效应显著的性状有株高、千粒重;穗长和小穗数是随亲本组合不同而变化。上位效应,也是随组合亲本不同而变化较大,其中加性×加性、显性×显性对性状的贡献较大。
Eight combinations of Kudan 8, Keluo 2 and K 76-686 were used to prepare six combinations with each other. The double-backcross design was used to investigate and analyze the eight main agronomic traits. The results showed that: The average population, narrow heritability, gene effect, with the parental combinations have a greater change. Narrow heritability results similar to previous studies. Significant additive effects of traits have plant height, grain number per spike, 1000-grain weight and plant spike number. Plant panicles and grain weight with the parental combinations vary. The heritability of the trait additive effect is also significant. Significant dominant effect traits have plant height, grain weight; spike length and spikelet number is different with the parent combination varies. The epistatic effect also varies greatly with the parents of the combinations, with additive × additive, dominant × dominant contributions to traits.
