内地西藏班(校)藏语文学科建设有其特殊意义。相比较其他学科,藏语文学科人员流动性大(在内地工作一至两年)、不同的原学校教育教学背景(选自不同的区内学校)、彼此相处合作的待磨合性,导致藏语文学科建设的难度很大,但是藏语文学科建设自有其存在的意义,一个优秀的藏语文学科,不仅能利用教师们的合力,形成自身的教育教学特色,产生骄人的优秀教育教学成果,而且还能让教师们产生工作的幸福感、促进教师们的专业成长,形成良性循环。一、藏语文学科建设成绩(一)传承藏族优秀传统文化藏语文不仅是藏语言的载体,更是藏族文化的载
