建筑施工企业是现代经济发展和社会进步过程中的主要构成要素,管理工作较为复杂,从开始竞标到工程竣工,需要工作人员对建筑工程施工方案进行规划、对施工费用进行预算、对施工环节进行监控。作为一项技术性和专业性较强的管理工作,在整个施工过程中扮演着较为重要的作用。本文主要对现阶段建筑工程施工企业管理工作现状进行分析,并在此基础上提出了几条有利于解决安全管理过程中存在相关问题的措施。
