通过对红玫瑰葡萄扦插处理,发现葡萄插条萌芽、生根与有效积温间有很大的关系。有效地缩短了萌芽与生根期间的有效积温,可以提高生根率,进而促进成活。生长素(NAA)处理扦插部位枝条,改变了枝条生理活性,缩短了萌芽、生根所需有效积温的差异,从而提高了成活率。不同扦插时期对萌芽和生根有效积温影响不大,只受有效积温量的影响。
Through the red rose grape cuttings processing, we found that grape cuttings germination, rooting and effective accumulated temperature has a great relationship. Effectively shorten the effective temperature during germination and rooting, can improve the rooting rate, thereby promoting survival. Auxin (NAA) treatment of cutting parts of the branches, changing the branches of physiological activity, shorten the germination, rooting required effective accumulated temperature differences, thereby enhancing the survival rate. Different cutting stages have little effect on germination and rooting effective accumulated temperature, but are only affected by effective accumulated temperature.
