目的:研究高山蓍、黄花蒿、连钱草、黄花败酱、老鹳草、香薷六种长白山药用植物挥发油的化学成分。方法:水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,GC-MS分离检测挥发油成分并应用峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:六种药用植物的挥发油共鉴定出100种化合物,其中高山蓍检测出34种,黄花蒿检测出49种,连钱草检测出37种,黄花败酱检测出40种,老鹳草检测出46种,香薷检测出27种。2-(苯基甲气基)丙酸甲酯、2-莰醇、α-可巴烯、石竹烯、律草烯、β-可巴烯、氧化石竹烯为共有成分。其中,乙酸龙脑酯(19.88%)、3-蒈烯(16.22%)、石竹烯(15.69%)是高山蓍挥发油主要成分,β-榄香烯(9.68%)、γ-榄香烯(6.89%)、大根香叶烯D(7.30%)是黄花蒿挥发油主要成分,母菊薁(15.63%)、1(10),11-愈创二烯(5.98%)、β-可巴烯(6.47%)是连钱草挥发油主要成分,6-芹子烯-4-醇(12.34%)、石竹烯(8.29%)、β-可巴烯(15.53%)是黄花败酱挥发油主要成分,石竹烯(8.85%)、大根香叶烯D(5.79%)、1(10),4-杜松二烯(5.80%)是老鹳草挥发油主要成分,脱氢香薷酮(34.32%)、桉油精(12.69%)、2-(苯基甲氧基)丙酸甲酯(5.90%)是香薷挥发油主要成分。结论:该研究为长白山地区药用植物资源开发利用的相关研究提供了参考。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of volatile oil from medicinal plants of six species of Changbai Mountain, such as Acremonium, Artemisia annua, even wallichin, caerulea, geranium, Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation. The components of volatile oil were detected by GC-MS. The relative percentage of each component was calculated by the method of peak area normalization. Results: A total of 100 compounds were identified from the volatile oils of six kinds of medicinal plants, among which 34 were detected in A.sophylla, 49 were detected in A. annua, 37 were detected in even the genus Aglaia, 40 were detected in the wild boll weed, 46 species were detected, and 27 species were detected by sage. Methyl 2- (phenylmethyl) propionate, 2-ol, α-carboppene, caryophyllene, methamidone, β-ctoppene and fossil oxide are common ingredients. Among them, borneol (19.88%), 3-carene (16.22%) and caryophyllene (15.69%) were the main components of the volatile oil of Achillea altissima, β-elemene (9.68% , And germacrene D (7.30%) were the main constituents of volatile oil from Artemisia annua L. The main constituents of volatile oil were Artemisia annua (15.63%), 1 (10), 11- %) Is the main component of volatile oil of Qiancao grass. The main constituents of the essential oil of the volatile oil of Phellodendron chinense are 6-Celeryen-4-ol (12.34%), Caryophyllene (8.29% (8.85%), germacrene D (5.79%), 1 (10), 4-junstic diene (5.80%) were the main components of the volatile oil of Geranium spp. (12.69%), Methyl 2- (phenylmethoxy) propionate (5.90%) is the main component of the volatile oil. Conclusion: This study provides a reference for the research on the exploitation and utilization of medicinal plant resources in Changbai Mountain.
