电力市场营销是电力经营管理的核心,也是企业经营成果的最终体现。电费回收、开拓电力市场、搞好优质服务是高质量、高水平地做好电力营销工作的关键。“电力销售不旺,欠资居高不下”的现象,已危及供电企业的健康发展。据来自国家电网公司的信息,全国电费总欠费数字将突破260亿。国电公司对五大区域公司和内蒙古电力公司的考核有三大指标,即平均电价、线损和电费回收,难点在于第三项电费回收上,这是个硬性经营指标。电价调整、国家宏观调控等内、外部环境的变化,都给电费回收工作带来了诸多风险,尤其是大用户电费回收的风险是电力营销工作面临的主要风险。
