从试验证实了多孔玻璃微珠制造中的应力状况，提出了降低应力的途径：分相玻璃在空气中骤冷，对浸析用酸溶液进行预处理，由此制得了高强度无裂纹的多孔玻璃微珠。
The stress conditions in the production of porous glass beads were confirmed from the experiments, and the ways to reduce the stress were put forward: the phase-separated glass was quenched in the air and the leaching was pretreated with the acid solution to obtain a high strength and crack-free porous Glass beads.
