作者研究运动诱发阵发性室上性心动过速(SVT)的机理。研究对象为14例静息时自发 SVT 的患者,男11、女3例,年龄24~80(平均43±15)岁。其中13例不能证明有器质性心脏病,1例为高血压。进行踏车运动试验、电生理试验和滴注异丙肾上腺素(起始滴速0.5μg/min,逐渐增加至1、2、3或4μg/min),连续记录体表心电图和心内电图。踏车运动皆能诱发 SVT。可定型的12例 SVT 中,5例发生于窦性心律时,7例发生于房性早搏(6例)或室性早搏(1例)之后,电生理试验诱出11例 SVT,其中折返性房性心动过速(房速)2例,心房扑动-颤动1例,不典型交界性心动过速2例,房室折返性心
The authors studied the mechanism of exercise-induced paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (SVT). The subjects were 14 patients with spontaneous SVT at rest, 11 males and 3 females, aged from 24 to 80 (mean 43 ± 15) years. 13 cases can not prove organic heart disease, 1 case of hypertension. Treadmill exercise test, electrophysiological test and instillation of isoproterenol (initial drip rate 0.5μg / min, gradually increased to 1, 2, 3 or 4μg / min), continuous recording of surface ECG and cardiac electrocardiogram . Treadmill exercise can induce SVT. Of the 12 definable SVTs, 5 developed sinus rhythm, 7 occurred in atrial premature beats (6 cases) or ventricular premature beat (1 case), and electrophysiological tests induced eleven SVTs, of which reentrant Atrial tachycardia (atrial tachycardia) in 2 cases, atrial flutter - fibrillation in 1 case, atypical borderline tachycardia in 2 cases, atrioventricular reentrant heart
