MicroRNA-223(miR-223)是一个在造血系统得到证实的微RNA。 miR-223在髓系高表达,主要参与髓细胞的分化与激活,对造血干细胞的增殖、分化具有重要调控作用。近年来,miR-223在免疫性疾病中的作用得到关注,表明其可能通过促进细胞活化、分化、凋亡等机制对机体免疫功能、炎症状态等进行调节,从而影响疾病的发生、发展。探究miR-223在风湿性疾病中的作用,将对风湿性疾病的发病机制、诊断、治疗等有一定帮助。“,”miR-223 is the first microRNA confirmed in hematopoietic system.miR-223 is highly expressed in medullary system,contributing to the proliferation and differentiation of hemopoietic stem cell .It participates in the differentiation and activation of granulocyte .Recently,miR-223 has been noticed in auto-immune diseases,that it may take effect by promoting cell differentiation ,cell activation and cell apoptosis to regulate the immune function of human body and the state of inflammation ,thereby influences the onset and progress of diseases.The investigation on miR-223 function in rheumatic diseases will contribute to the under-standing of the mechanisms,the diagnosis and treatment of the diseases.
