回顾性分析了21例经血清学证实的 Q 热肺炎的胸部 X 线特点。患者平均年龄44岁(6～65岁),其中女性2例.从出现症状至首次 X 线胸片改变的间隔时间为2天～3周。所有患者首次胸片均有异常,但后来复查没有1例肺阴影扩大。肺炎性阴影消退时间平均3个月。肺叶病变分布,左下叶10例(48%),左上叶4例(19%),右下叶7例(33%),右中叶1例(5%),右上叶2例(10%)。病变的其它 X 线特征:肺段性实变17例(81%),肺体积缩小6例(29%),肺叶实变5例(24%),球形病变4例(19%)(直径2～7cm),多发性损害3例(14%),
A retrospective analysis of 21 cases of Q pneumonia confirmed by serological diagnosis of chest X-ray features. The average age of patients was 44 years old (6 to 65 years), including 2 females.The interval between the onset of symptoms and the first X-ray was 2 days to 3 weeks. All patients had abnormal chest radiographs for the first time, but no pulmonary enlargement was observed in 1 patient. The pneumonia shadow subsides for an average of 3 months. There were 10 cases (48%) in the left lower lobe, 4 cases (19%) in the left upper lobe, 7 cases (33%) in the right lower lobe, 1 case (5%) in the right middle lobe and 2 cases (10%) in the right upper lobe. Other X-ray features of the lesion were: segmental consolidation in 17 (81%), lung reduction in 6 (29%), lobectomy in 5 (24%), spherical disease in 4 (19%) ), Multiple lesions in 3 cases (14%),
