中国机械工业供销总公司最近在本溪金属材料厂召开技术交流会,推广应用硅铝铁复合胜氧剂,鞍钢和沈重厂在会上介绍了应用经验。鞍钢在平炉、转炉上使用等量的硅铝铁复合脱氧剂代替金属铝脱氧。炼出的钢中全氧量与夹杂物总量均有所降低,钢材内部和表面质量有一定程度的改善,韧性有一定提高。所用工艺简单可行,水口不易堵塞。与用金属铝终脱氧相比,在钢中酸溶铝量相同的情况下,用铝量少46.19~50.6%,年节铝量达135t 以上。
China Machinery Industry Supply and Marketing Corporation recently held a technical exchange meeting in Benxi Metal Materials Factory to promote the application of silicon aluminum composite oxygen sorbent, Anshan Iron and Heavy Plant at the meeting introduced the application experience. Anshan Iron and Steel in open hearth, converter using the same amount of silicon aluminum composite deoxidizer instead of aluminum deoxidation. The amount of total oxygen and inclusions in the refined steel decreased, the internal and surface quality of the steel improved to some extent, and the toughness improved to a certain extent. The process used is simple and feasible, the outlet is not easy to plug. Compared with aluminum final deoxidation, in the case of the same amount of dissolved aluminum in steel, the amount of aluminum is reduced by 46.19% to 50.6%, and the annual amount of aluminum is over 135 tons.
