企业的发展离不开员工的努力与奉献,而团队凝聚力是企业成长和发展壮大的重要基础。在现代企业当中,团队合作和凝聚力越来越受到了企业的重视,在企业的发展当中以及提升企业核心竞争力有着重要的影响。但是当前在不少企业当中尤其是中小企业当中的职工文化建设还存在着众多问题,如重视度较低,核心观念落后等在引导员工树立与企业一致的观念上阻碍多,困难大,影响着企业的稳定发展。本文就此企业职工文化建设进行调查研究,阅读相关资料进行综合分析,提出一些自己的理解。
