目的:建立天仙子多糖含量测定方法。方法:采用加热回流的提取方法,苯酚-硫酸显色,配合紫外分光度法,测定多糖的含量。检测波长490nm。结果:标准回归方程为Y=1.6334X+0.0283(r=0.9997)葡萄糖的浓度在0.1202~0.4206 mg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,回收率为99.79%,RSD=0.84%。天仙子多糖含量为2.19%。结论:确定的方法稳定可行,为天仙子多糖的进一步研究奠定基础。
Objective: To establish the method of determination of polysaccharides in Angelica sinensis. Methods: The extraction method of heating reflux, phenol - sulfuric acid color, with UV spectrophotometry, determination of polysaccharide content. Detection wavelength of 490nm. Results: The standard regression equation was linear with Y = 1.6334X + 0.0283 (r = 0.9997) in the range of 0.1202 ~ 0.4206 mg / mL. The recovery rate was 99.79% and the RSD was 0.84%. Angelica polysaccharide content of 2.19%. Conclusion: The established method is stable and feasible, which lays the foundation for the further research of the heliotrope polysaccharide.
