1.BI-2型工业框架结构体系原理采用这一体系建筑的工业建筑框架是由单个或多个框式结构组成的。框架由预制构件拼装而成:桁架和檩条采用预应力混凝土,柱子和圈梁采用钢筋混凝土(图1)。柱子、桁架和檩条的接头处用螺栓固定,构件的端部或顶部均带有专门的部件(图2、3、4)。支点间的中心距,对于桁架为12~21.20米,对檩条为10~12.20米。 2.材料由砂子和细砾石以及400号人造硅酸盐水泥制的400号混凝土。钢筋混凝土配筋用钢筋。
1. BI-2 Industrial Frame Structural System Principles The industrial building frame constructed using this system is composed of single or multiple frame structures. The frame is assembled from prefabricated elements: Prestressed concrete is used for trusses and purlins, and reinforced concrete is used for columns and ring beams (Figure 1). The joints of the column, truss and purlin are bolted together, and the components are provided with special components at the top or top (Figures 2, 3, 4). The center distance between fulcrums is 12-21.20 meters for the trusses and 10-12.20 meters for the purlins. 2.
