近年来,我国针对油田轻烃回收装置现状做了详细的调查、研究,并对其进行分析,发现,我国油田轻烃回收主要通过增压、制冷等方式将轻烃分离出来,得到合格干气。本文主要针对轻烃的精馏工艺和塔器优化问题进行研究分析,并且提出对油田生产工艺的流程进行改造,以期为我国油田节约能源,以此来提高我国的轻烃收率。
In recent years, China has made a detailed investigation and research on the status quo of light hydrocarbon recovery units in oilfields and analyzed the results. It was found that the recovery of light hydrocarbons in China’s oilfields was mainly carried out by pressurization and refrigeration to separate light hydrocarbons and obtain qualified dry gas . In this paper, mainly for the light hydrocarbon distillation process and tower optimization issues for research and analysis, and put forward the process of oilfield production process transformation, with a view to energy conservation in China’s oilfield, in order to improve China’s light hydrocarbon yield.
