随着时代的进步、社会的发展,我们慢慢认识到,科学技术才是最大的保障,所以要想推动经济发展的进程,就要将科学技术水平提高,强化培养人才。在一定程度上,能够对经济可持续发展产生影响的其中一个因素就是人力资源管理,两者相互联系,密不可分。
