对18名受试者进行了20℃、18℃、15℃、13℃、12℃、10℃、8℃、5℃和3℃共9组冷水浸手生理实验。结果表明显著影响心率差值、手指皮肤温度、知觉、操作功能和冷感率的冷水温度主要在10℃及以下。据此,建议把10℃作为划分冷水作业的温度限值。
Nineteen cold water immersion experiments were conducted on 18 subjects at 20 ℃, 18 ℃, 15 ℃, 13 ℃, 12 ℃, 10 ℃, 8 ℃, 5 ℃ and 3 ℃. The results showed that the cold water temperature, which significantly affects the heart rate difference, the temperature of the finger skin, the perception, the operating function and the cold sensation rate, was mainly at 10 ° C and below. Accordingly, it is recommended to use 10 ℃ as the temperature limit for dividing cold water.
