目的:探讨参七黄稳斑胶囊单用及合用辛伐他汀对家兔动脉粥样硬化(AS)斑块的干预作用。方法:将45只兔子随机分为正常对照组(A组)、不稳定斑块对照组(B组)、参七黄稳斑胶囊(SQH)治疗组(C组)、辛伐他汀治疗组(D组)、SQH和辛伐他汀合用治疗组(E组)。A组用普通饲料,其它组用高胆固醇饲料喂养;12周末造模成功后,如前喂养,C、D、E组分别加不同药物干预。第12周及26周末分别检测各组血脂、血清中血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)和超敏感C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的水平。结果:与B组相比,C、D、E组能显著的降低血脂及血清中VCAM-1、ICAM-1、hs-CRP的水平(P<0.01),其中C组优于D组(P<0.05),E组优于C组(P<0.01)。结论:SQH有较好的稳定斑块的作用,与辛伐他汀有协同作用。
Objective: To investigate the intervention of Shenqi Huangwen Capsule alone and in combination with simvastatin on atherosclerotic plaque in rabbits. Methods: Forty-five rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group (group A), unstable plaque control group (group B), SQ group (group C), simvastatin group D group), SQH and simvastatin combined treatment group (E group). A group with normal feed, the other group fed with high cholesterol feed; 12 weekend after the success of modeling, as before feeding, C, D, E were added different drug intervention. The levels of serum vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1), intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and hs-CRP were measured at the 12th week and the 26th week respectively, . Results: Compared with group B, the levels of VCAM-1, ICAM-1 and hs-CRP were significantly decreased in C, D and E groups (P <0.01) <0.05), E group was better than C group (P <0.01). Conclusion: SQH has a good role in stabilizing plaque and synergistic effect with simvastatin.
