近日,住房和城乡建设部制定并下发了《2010年建筑安全专项治理工作方案》(以下简称《方案》),以有效防范和遏制建筑生产安全事故,促进建筑安全生产形势持续稳定好转。《方案》规定,建筑安全专项治理工作的重点包括:一是建筑安全生产相关法规、部门规章及标准规范的贯彻落实情况;二是危险性较大的分部、分项工程的安全管理情况。重点是危险性较大的分部、分项工程安全专项施工方案的编制实施及专家论证的贯彻落实情况。对深基坑、高支模、脚手架和建筑起重机械设备开展专项整治。
