约5%的男性不孕是由精子的自身免疫引起。抗精子抗体可通过几种途径导致不孕,如阻止精子穿透宫颈粘液或通过降低精子与卵母细胞结合和穿透卵母细胞透明带的能力以干扰受精。精子抗体也能抑制人精子穿入去透明带的仓鼠卵母细胞,这提示抗体能干扰顶体反应或精子-卵膜的相互作用。以免疫珠试验(Immunobead test)检出抗精子抗体阳性(Ab~+)的病人为研究对象,通过手淫收集精液标本。并收集抗精子抗体阴性(Ab~-)的正常精液作为对照。病人精液平均精子数为79×10~6/ml,平均活动百分比为48%,正常形态精子的平
About 5% of male infertility is caused by autoimmunity of sperm. Antisperm antibodies can cause infertility in several ways, such as preventing sperm from penetrating cervical mucus or interfering with fertilization by reducing the ability of sperm to bind to the oocyte and penetrate the zona pellucida of the oocyte. Sperm antibodies also inhibited human sperm penetration into the zona pellucida of hamster oocytes, suggesting that antibodies can interfere with acrosomes or sperm-egg interactions. In this study, patients with anti-sperm antibody positive (Ab ~ +) were detected by immunobead test and semen samples were collected by masturbation.
