以鸭梨树为试材,于花期收集人工采集和蜜蜂采集的梨花粉,分别进行了花粉活力测定、离体萌发、花粉管生长以及大田人工授粉试验,分析比较了二者之间的差异。结果表明:人工采集的花粉与蜜蜂采集的花粉活力无显著差异,而蜜蜂采集的花粉的花粉管萌发速率显著高于人工采集的花粉,二者形成的人工授粉坐果率极显著高于对照。
Taking pear and pear as test material, we collected pear pollen collected by hand and bee collected in florescence. The pollen viability, in vitro germination, pollen tube growth and artificial pollination in field were respectively analyzed to compare the differences. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the pollen viability between collected pollen and bee. The pollen germination rate of pollen collected by bees was significantly higher than that of pollen collected manually. The pollination rate of artificial pollination was significantly higher than that of the control.
