由省教研室、江西教育社、省科协普及工作部和省教育学会小学数学教学研究会联合举办的全省小学生「八一杯」数学竞赛,是经省教委批准的第一次全省性的小学数学学科竞赛,影响面比较大。根据广大小学数学教师的要求,本期刊出「八一杯」竞赛试题。为了有利于改进小学数学教学,发挥竞赛试题的正确导向作用,我们还特地约请人教社张卫国同志和命题组有关同志,分别就第一试和第二试的命题思想写了文章,一同发表。希望广大数学教师通过对试题的分析,进一步掌握好大纲、教材的要求,「依纲据本」,树立正确的教学指导思想,不断改进教学方法使这次竞赛活动真正起到促进教学改革的积极作用.
