如果没有到过一个城市的社区,你很难说了解这座城市。社区展现着城市最真实的生存状态,记录着城市最生动的喜怒哀乐。两年前,当“883计划”出现在武汉市委市政府的文件上时,普通市民还有些陌生。随着“883计划”的实施,不少居民切身感受到多年所忧所虑的难题正在逐步得到化解,家园变得更加宜人。“‘883’是民心工程”,这是记者近日走访中听到的普遍评价。在实施“883行动计划”过程中,武汉三镇的社区演绎着种种变迁:灯亮了,路平了,“龙须沟”变成花园;社区听证、社区论坛、社区对话,社区有了更多话语权;亲民、为民、惠民,政府工作做到了居民家门口。“883计划”仍在进行,以建设好城市的基本单元——社区为目标的这个宏大计划,给了我们哪些启迪?
