随着国家和各级地方政府建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会的推进,以及电力市场改革的深入开展,节约营运成本、节能增效成为火力发电企业工作的重点。通过对发电企业的外部环境分析,笔者结合十多年工作实践,从发电企业燃料成本入手,分析影响发电企业燃料成本增减的各要素,提出了降低燃料成本的有效途径。
With the promotion of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society by local governments at all levels and at all levels, as well as the deepening reform of the power market, operating costs, energy conservation and efficiency have become the focus of the work of thermal power plants. It puts forward an effective way to reduce fuel costs.
