微量镓的测定,广泛应用罗丹明B法。为提高灵敏度,提出过5-Cl-DEPAP、苯基萤光酮、铬天青、5-Br-PADAP、铬蓝等法。我们合成了对氨基苯基萤光酮,研究了它同镓的显色反应条件。适宜的酸度为pH6.2~8.4,最大吸收波长为550nm,络合物组成为Ga:APF:CTMAB=1:3:3,反应极为灵敏,摩尔吸光系数ε_(550)=1.58×10~5。拟定的方法用于铅锌矿中镓的测定,结果满意。
Determination of trace amounts of gallium, widely used rhodamine B method. In order to improve the sensitivity, 5-Cl-DEPAP, phenylfluorone, chrome azure, 5-Br-PADAP, chrome blue and the like have been proposed. We synthesized p-aminophenylfluorone and studied its color reaction conditions with gallium. The optimal acidity is pH6.2 ~ 8.4, the maximum absorption wavelength is550nm, the composition of the complex is Ga: APF: CTMAB = 1: 3: 3 and the reaction is very sensitive. The molar extinction coefficient ε 550 is 1.58 × 10 ~ 5 . The proposed method was applied to the determination of gallium in lead-zinc ore with satisfactory results.
