[目的]观察温肾化痰汤联合西药治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将68例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组34例达英一35,月经第5d起开始服药,1片/d,连续服用21d,出血第5d重复用药。治疗组34例温肾化痰汤,山茱萸、熟地、当归、白芍、怀山、菟丝子、鹿角片、黄芪、肉苁蓉各15g,胆南星、贝母、红花、石菖蒲、桃仁各10g,1剂/d,2次/d,水煎服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、血中激素水平、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈21例,显效11例,有效2例,无效0例,总有效率100%。对照组痊愈12例,显效8例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率94.12%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。一个月血中激素水平比较治疗组降低幅度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。停药3个月排卵、妊娠率对比治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]温肾化痰汤治疗肾虚痰湿型PCOS疗效显著,值得推广。

The control group cured 12 cases, 8 cases markedly effective in 12 cases, 2 cases, the total effective rate was 94.12%. The clinical efficacy of treatment group than the control group (P <0.05). One month blood hormone levels compared with the treatment group decreased significantly lower than the control group (P <0.05). 3 months ovulation withdrawal, the pregnancy rate of the control group was better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Wenshen Huatan Decoction is effective in treating PCOS with deficiency of phlegm and phlegm and is worth promoting.
